Product Overview
The Alpha Leveling Disc features TiVFe Ceramic Abrasives that cut at least 30% faster and last at least 30% longer than conventional zirconia grains. Combined with EAP Technology, it delivers the fastest and most consistent stock removal available. Built on high-quality PET film backing with a resin over resin process for extended life and uniform stock removal — outlasting comparable discs 3 to 5 times.
The laser cut multi-hole pattern adapts to any vacuum system for industry-leading dust extraction. Ideal for paint removal, rough body filler shaping, metal grinding, gelcoat leveling, fine feather-edging, and final prep before blending or priming.
Works on: Wood, body filler, carbon fiber, steel, aluminum, paint stripping, metal, primer, e-coat, and fiberglass.
