Built on a latex base film that bonds abrasives directly to the inlay, the Omega Leveling Disc creates an uninstructed material that is more durable, flexible, and consistent than the multi-layered film products used by industry leaders.

Coaster Coating Technology is a silicone-free anti-clog coating that creates a ball-bearing effect, allowing air to flow between the disc and surface. This generates micro-vacuums that continuously move debris out — reducing clogging and extending working time up to 80%. The result is a smoother surface refinement for easier polishing and better depth of image.
