Product Overview

The Alpha Leveling Disc features TiVFe Ceramic Abrasives that cut at least 30% faster and last at least 30% longer than conventional zirconia grains. Combined with EAP Technology, it delivers the fastest and most consistent stock removal available. Built on high-quality PET film backing with a resin over resin process for extended life and uniform stock removal — outlasting comparable discs 3 to 5 times.

Designed for use without dust extraction — the no hole design is ideal for hand sanding applications or situations where a vacuum system is not needed. Ideal for paint removal, rough body filler shaping, metal grinding, gelcoat leveling, fine feather-edging, and final prep before blending or priming.

Works on: Wood, body filler, carbon fiber, steel, aluminum, paint stripping, metal, primer, e-coat, and fiberglass.

How to use

Attach Forever Disc Hook and Loop backing plate. Adjust the orbital sander to the desired speed. Place the sanding disc with the sander directly on the working surface and turn on the sander. Move the sander back and forth in slow overlapping motions until desired stock removal is reached.
